Vae & Julie Eli

Vae & Julie, since the late 80s, have directed New Waves (previously called Pacific Waves), a YWAM ministry located in Canada.
They currently direct Island Breeze Canada.
This multi-cultural discipleship team draws Pacific Islanders to Canada as missionaries, where they minister into many cultures - especially Canada's First Nations. They are based in Dunmore near Medicine Hat, Alberta, but their ministry extends across the Canadian Prairies and into the US and the Nations of the South Pacific. Vae & Julie have four children.
